The Most Popular Bible Verses In Isaiah
The Book of Isaiah is one of the most popular prophetic books in the Old Testament. It’s one of the three “major prophets” in the Old Testament, along with Jeremiah and Ezekiel.
Isaiah’s message is one of hope, but also warnings and rubukes for being unfaithful to God.
The first portion of Isaiah (ch. 1-39) describe coming judgement, and the second portion (ch. 40-66) are an encouragement to the people of Judah. There’s a clear alignment between these two parts of Isaiah and the Old and New Testaments, as the Old Testament has 39 books, and the New Testament has 27 books.
Here are some of my favorite, and the most popular verses from Isaiah.
