59 Smith Wigglesworth Quotes About The Bible, Healing, Prayer, Faith
Smith Wigglesworth (1859–1947) was a British evangelist who had a great impact on the Pentecostal and Charismatic movement.
Mr. Wigglesworth first encountered God when he was a young boy and got saved when he was 8 years old. He started working when he was very young, and missed out on most of his formal education. Smith met his wife serving with the Salvation Army ministries, and she taught him how to read the Bible. That became the only book he would read.
Smith worked as a plumber for most of his young adult life. When he was ~50 he stepped into full-time ministry and travelled to many different countries preaching and praying for people.
Smith wrote numerous books about faith, healing, and the power of the Holy Spirit. Manifesting the Power of God: Walking in God’s Anointing was the first Smith Wigglesworth book I read, and would highly recommend it.
In this post, I’ve gathered up 50+ Smith Wigglesworth quotes about healing, the Bible, faith, the Holy Spirit, and prayer.
