24 Encouraging Scriptures For Leaders
Leaders often deal with more pressure than anyone else. As a leader, you have more responsibilities and people are relying on your strength. Whether you’re a leader in your church, your family, or at work, you carry a burden and need encouragement.
Jesus tells us that if we want to be great leaders we need to be a great servant. Leadership in God’s kingdom requires a constant giving of our time and energy to other people. Without encouragement, we can lose motivation and give up on what God has called us to.
We should absolutely have friends and family that give us encouragement, but you’ve probably noticed that leadership can be lonely at times. A lot of people won’t understand the burdens you’re carrying. You need to rely on God for encouragement too. The Bible is filled with words of encouragement that will sustain and strengthen you as a leader.
